Our Idea of Leadership
Our idea of leadership is rooted in energy, not role or authority. That means it concerns you, regardless of what’s on your business card or how many people report to you. You don’t need to lead a company, a team, a sports group, or a political party to take responsibility for who you are and how you want to show up. The Brave Boys Club, our cultural and social impact project on masculinity, is a perfect example of this.
Our Background
We, the founders of Leadagious, are more than just professional coaches and trainers with various Italian and international certifications. We bring over twenty years of experience as managers, executives, and C-level leaders in large companies in publishing, marketing, and advertising. Simply put, what you go through every day, we’ve been there too. For a long time.
Lorenza Pellegri
Founder | CEO | Executive Coach
I grew professionally in the world of communication and marketing, eventually becoming the creative director for major global brands. After over twenty years as a manager in international holdings, I became fascinated by the impact leadership has on both those who practice it and those who are influenced by it. That’s when I decided to study, teach, and coach leadership. In companies and beyond.
Today, I guide C-level executives, entrepreneurs, doctors, startups, managers, and writers to become the best version of themselves. I also teach leadership at IED and dedicate part of my time to pro-bono projects focused on the development of women leadership (although I prefer to call it simply leadership, because leadership has no gender, it has energy).
Fabio Paracchini

For the past 25 years, I’ve worked first as a manager, then as an executive, and finally as a C-level leader for Italian and multinational companies in marketing, publishing, and advertising. Throughout my career, I realized that my greatest passion was helping people discover who they want to be and find a path to get there.
Today, I dedicate my time to training and coaching entrepreneurs, international music stars, designers, neuroscientists, farmers, managers, and humans of all kinds.
